Leather
The products are made from premium-grade genuine leather with a thickness of 6–7 oz (2.4–3 mm), produced using vegetable tanning technology. This leather is firm, durable, and specially suited for accessories such as chokers, collars, harnesses, cuffs, and other structured leather items.
Surface finish
The leather has a protective finishing coating that helps improve durability and resistance during regular use while preserving the natural appearance of the material.
The reverse side of the leather (flesh side) is smoothly polished, making it more comfortable against the skin and reducing roughness during wear.
The leather edges are polished and rounded where necessary, creating a smoother finish, a cleaner appearance, and additional comfort during use.
Due to its thickness, the leather holds its shape well and feels more structured, though with time and regular wear it may become slightly softer and naturally develop a patina.
Please note that natural leather, like any natural material, may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Responsibility for individual reactions lies with the buyer.
Hardware
We use hardware made from steel, aluminum, and metal alloys with nickel-plated coatings in various color options. The hardware is smooth, durable, and designed for regular use while maintaining a clean appearance and comfortable feel.
All hardware undergoes quality control. In the event of a hardware component failure, it will be replaced.
Please note that nickel may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Responsibility for any individual reaction lies with the buyer.
All items can withstand fairly strong loads, but they are not intended for excessive pressure or heavy mechanical stress. Excessive force may result in deformation. These products are intended for everyday wear and special occasions.

Purpose and responsible use
Handcuffs, ankle restraints, restraint sets, and bondage accessories, including full-body harness sets, masks, gags, paddles, nipple clamps, and similar items, are designed as elements of stylized play, self-expression, physical closeness, and intimate interaction between consenting adults. Responsible use, attentiveness, and mutual understanding help ensure that the experience remains safe and comfortable for everyone involved.
Key safety principles
• All activities must be fully consensual and discussed in advance. Before using accessories, discuss boundaries, desires, acceptable actions, and comfort levels with your partner.
• Always agree on a safe word or signal in advance that allows either person to immediately stop the activity if necessary.
• Accessories should not cause numbness, restricted blood flow, or uncontrolled pain. Do not tighten restraints excessively, especially around wrists, ankles, joints, the chest, or the neck. Products should never restrict breathing or cause significant discomfort (unless otherwise specifically agreed upon).
• Breath play may be part of certain practices, but only with mutual consent and careful supervision. You assume full responsibility for such activities.
• Our restraints, handcuffs, ankle restraints, and bondage sets are designed to allow safe self-release if necessary. However, this does not replace the need for constant attention, supervision, and the presence of a trusted partner during use.
• Avoid extended sessions without breaks. It is recommended to regularly check skin condition, blood circulation, and overall comfort, especially during prolonged use.
• Never leave a restrained person unattended.
• Do not use accessories while tired, distracted, or under the influence of alcohol or other substances, as this reduces sensitivity and increases risk.
• Pay close attention to how accessories are positioned on the body: avoid damaged skin, areas with visible veins, heightened sensitivity, or places previously affected by pain or excessive pressure.
• These items are made from firm leather for more comfortable contact with the skin and are not intended for suspension or extreme loads.
• After use, gently clean the item, allow the skin to recover, and talk with your partner about the experience — open communication helps strengthen trust, understanding, and emotional closeness.

Even the safest accessory requires careful and respectful use. Your comfort, safety, and well-being should always come first. These accessories are tools, and a safe and comfortable experience depends on attentiveness, honesty, communication, and mutual respect.

Cleaning
• Avoid contact with water. If the item gets wet, gently blot it with a paper towel and let it dry naturally at room temperature. Do not use hair dryers, heaters, or any direct heat sources.
• Do not wipe the item with wet wipes, especially those containing alcohol or harsh chemicals — they may damage the leather.
Storage
• Store the item in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight, heating devices, or high humidity.
Precautions
• Avoid contact with oils, perfumes, and cosmetics, as they may stain or alter the leather surface.
Optional care
• If needed, use a gentle leather care product suitable for the specific type of leather.
Natural leather may develop a beautiful patina over time — this is a natural process that highlights the character and uniqueness of each piece.

PROCESSING TIME
- 1-10 working days. It all depends on the season and the workload of the workshop. All our products are 100% handmade. Due to the uniqueness of the creation and special care of each piece, this is not a quick process.

- There is also the option of expedited production for a fee. (to be discussed individually)
SHIPPING
- Standard shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks (barring any unforeseen circumstances with carriers).
- Express shipping takes 3-10 days (assuming no unforeseen circumstances with carriers).

ORDER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND RETURNS
We understand that there may be instances when you need to change your order or request a return or exchange. Here are our policies:
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund.
If a cancellation request is made on the second day or later and the product is already in production, we will refund 60% of the product's cost due to manufacturing expenses. (If we haven't yet started making your order, we will refund the full amount without any issues.)
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- For hygienic reasons.
- The item does not fit (unless there is an error on our part).
- You do not like the thickness of the product.
- The customer was unaware of the type of material used in the product.
However, we will consider returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item is the wrong color.
- The item was sent with a defect.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at this address. If your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without prior approval.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We take pride in the high quality of our products. However, if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
If your order was lost by the postal service or damaged, we will assist you in filing a claim with the postal service to ensure you receive compensation for your order.
