To ensure clarity in this Return & Refund Policy, the following terms are defined as follows:

Company: When "Company," "we," "us," or "our" is mentioned, it refers to Utopia Harness, the entity responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy.

Customer: Refers to the individual, company, or organization that signs up to use the Utopia Harness Service to manage relationships with consumers or service users.

Device: Any internet-connected device, such as a phone, tablet, computer, or any other device that can be used to visit Utopia Harness and use the services.

Service: Refers to the service provided by Utopia Harness as described in the relevant terms (if available) and on this platform.

You: A person or entity registered with Utopia Harness to use the Services.

PROCESSING TIME

- 1-10 working days. It all depends on the season and the workload of the workshop. All our products are 100% handmade. Due to the uniqueness of the creation and special care of each piece, this is not a quick process.
- Customized pieces made to your dimensions may take longer.
- There is also the option of expedited production for a fee. (to be discussed individually)

SHIPPING

- Standard shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks (barring any unforeseen circumstances with carriers).

- Express shipping takes 3-10 days (assuming no unforeseen circumstances with carriers).

Please note that delivery times may vary for remote or hard-to-reach areas. Consider this when placing your order.

DUTIES AND TAXES

The customer is fully responsible for any taxes and duties they might need to pay. Should any local taxes or duties apply to the parcel, the customer will need to pay them to release the package from customs. Once the order is shipped, all duties and taxes become non-refundable. And if the customer returns any items, PURRSENSE does not refund any associated taxes and duties.

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.
