Refund policy

ORDER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND RETURNS

We understand that there may be instances when you need to change your order or request a return or exchange. Here are our policies:

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund.
If a cancellation request is made on the second day or later and the product is already in production, we will refund 60% of the product's cost due to manufacturing expenses. (If we haven't yet started making your order, we will refund the full amount without any issues.)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

For hygienic reasons.
The item does not fit (unless there is an error on our part).
You do not like the thickness of the product.
The customer was unaware of the type of material used in the product.
However, we will consider returns or exchanges in the following cases:

You received the wrong item.
The item is the wrong color.
The item was sent with a defect.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at this address utopia.harness@gmail.com If your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without prior approval.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We take pride in the high quality of our products. However, if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

If your order was lost by the postal service or damaged, we will assist you in filing a claim with the postal service to ensure you receive compensation for your order.
